1. WHEN CAN I MOVE-IN?
We are anticipating residents will begin move-in’s this summer

2. HOW DO I SCHEDULE A TOUR?

3. HOW IS RENT COLLECTED?
Rental payments will be collected online for convenience using a third-party payee that is connected directly and securely through your online banking.

4. WHAT’S INCLUDED IN THE RENT?
Your modern apartment includes high end European appliances - a Milano stainless-steel gas range, integrated refrigerator with bottom mount freezer, dishwasher, and high efficiency front loading washer / dryer. Also included - premium porcelain bathroom tiles, NuHeat heated flooring in primary ensuite bathrooms, exterior windows with white / blackout roller blinds and air conditioning system.

5. WHAT ARE THE BUILDING AMENITIES?
Residents will enjoy exclusive access to several luxury amenities at Club Riva. Gather in the games, social and business rooms and take advantage of the 12,000 sq. ft. wellness centre featuring a professional fitness studio, indoor pool, sauna, and steam room. 6. IS THE BUILDING PET-FRIENDLY?
Yes! Pet approval is determined on a case-by case basis and will require a pet deposit.

7. HOW MUCH IS MY DEPOSIT?
Your security deposit is one half-month’s rent.

8. HOW LARGE ARE THE UNITS?

  • 1 beds from 505 sq.ft – 645 sq.ft
  • 2 beds from 765 sq.ft - 895 sq.ft
  • 3 beds from 1065 sq.ft – 1230 sq.ft

9. ARE PARKING STALLS AND STORAGE LOCKERS AVAILABLE?
Parking and additional storage will be offered at market rates, subject to availability. EV charging stations will also be available on site for resident convenience.

10. HOW MANY FLOORS AND ELEVATORS DOES THE BUILDING HAVE?
The building consists of 6 floors dedicated to residential units and 3 elevators that provide access to each level.

11. ARE BBQS PERMITTED?
BBQs are permitted with written permission from management in the lease agreement. Residents can also enjoy top of the line communal BBQ’s in our picturesque courtyard.

12. HOW CLOSE IS PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION?
Your new home is conveniently located within 10 minutes walking distance to Lansdown Station, seamlessly connecting you from central Richmond all the way into downtown Vancouver in just 25 minutes.

13. DO ALL UNITS HAVE A OUTDOOR SPACE?
Yes, all units are equipped with either a patio or a balcony, with premium top floor units featuring rooftops patios and stunning views.
